After a thoroughly enjoyable morning with the Terence Higgins Trust I would like to say a big thank you to Julie Barton for getting me in to run a Sound Bath. Huge respect for all you have done for the service users and such sadness to see the Trust get its funding cut. This now means there is no holistic support for people with HIV & Aids in the whole of Birmingham.
This sort of support is critical to peoples mental health and long term well-being.
I truly hope that the people that have benefited from organisations like this will be able to share what they have experienced and learnt with other people less fortunate.

The next public sound bath will be on Sunday 17th July at 6pm. July’s session will also be at the extended time of 1.5hrs.

More Sound Bath dates:
Sunday 4th September
Sunday 9th October
Sunday 6th November

I am also looking for another venue to hold a weekday evening sound bath. If anyone knows of a suitable space please get in touch!

I look forward to seeing you all soon over the coming months and lets hope we all get some sun soon!
